The VN4MC is AMP’s top-of-the-line frame assembly machine. It is the industry leader worldwide in sophistication and flexibility for joining picture frames, with its five distinct channels capable of each holding a different V-Nail® size. The VN4MC has the same user-friendly touch-screen interface as our popular VN4MP machine, including data storage for up to 5,000 frame profiles. As with our VN4MP model, once stored, the operator can recall any frame alphabetically, numerically, or scan in the appropriate frame with the optional bar code reader.The VN4MC handles all types of wood, plastic and MDF/HDF. With this machine, the operator has the ability to insert and/or stack any size V-Nail® at up to 10 different positions along the frame joint, facilitating the most meticulous frame joins in the market today. This machine’s capability stands far above the competition when considering its high-framing capability, as well as machine durability. This machine is ideal for production accounts that routinely require different-sized fasteners in any type of production quantities for their products.
