"From the Seller:" "Although it has some age we feel the saw is in Very Good Condition. We retired from our small frame shop and gallery in October '10 and so did the saw. It includes the stand. The extra arm. We are also including two saw blades 10" x 80" both are in very good condition, one is newly sharpened in shipping box (not used since it was sharpened). Both purchased from and sharpened exclusively by Ultramitre in Burbank, CA. We are also including 8 sticks of Frame Square Wax."
