 This unit is in Good Condition.

Manufacturer's Information:

Min. glass length: 7-3/4", max. glass width 48", glass thickness 1/16" - 1/4" (1.5 mm - 6 mm) without adjustment, brushes are 4-1/2" in dia., conveyor speed 10' - 20' per minute.

3-Step process: 1st step: "DETERGENT WASHING"- Recirculating detergent with (2) brushes & squeegee rolls (1-top & 1-bottom). 2nd Step: "RECIRCULATING 1ST RINSE"- Clean or Recirculating water with (1) set of brushes (1-top & 1-bottom). 3nd Step: "DRYING SECTION" - (10)Hp high-pressure blower feeding (2) pair of specially designed air knives (2-top & 2-bottom), squeege roll, & top/bottom anti-static bar.

Variable conveyor speed; Lower Rolls are driven by chain & sprockets, Upper Rolls are driven by long wearing polymer spur gears, Brushes are driven by matched set of V-belts & pulleys, with tensioners.

Ball bearings with neoprene seals, welded structural steel frame, stainless steel wash & rinse splash guards, all drive components and plumbing located at the sides of the machine for easy maintenance.
