"From the Seller: This is a large format mat cutter that is easy to use and still works great. I have extra blades and parts. I have an eclipse cmc mat cutter now and do not use the esterly much any more.This is great if you have multiple same size mats to cut. Check out the Esterly speed mat site. It has a video that shows you the ease of this mat cutter. I do not know the age of this cutter, I traded some other equipment from a picture framer for it.
