NFE-5 Brevetti C-16
The Brevetti C-16 is an electro-pneumatic system designed for
efficiency in very large production runs. This unit is engineered and
built for the shop that specializes in large volume frame production
and demands high quality output supported by speed and durability. The
blades are mounted on a carriage system that moves vertically, driven
by pneumatics. The C-16 is designed for speed and smoothness in
operation. The blades work together to cut both the right and left
side miters at the same time.

- Durable, functional unit designed specifically for volume production
of high quality output with speed and efficiency.
- Cuts molding up to 3 1/2" wide by 4" high
- Two Right and one left moulding support arms
- Includes two high quality 350 mm, 108 tooth blades from Tenryu,
manufacturer of industrial saw blades for 100 years. (100 tooth blades
optional)
- Onboard air filtration
- Measuring system attached to support arms
- Vertical pneumatic clamps
- Timing mechanism for clamp release
- Hand or foot operated mechanism as specified
- 2 right sliding stops
- Waste support with automatic pneumatic removal
- Quick and easy adjustment between profiles
- Equipped for external dust collection system
