Feed through foiler with Score - Shape - Shape - Sand - Sand - Foil, 1/2" Max. part thickness, 1-3/4" max. profile width thickness. 

Station #1 - Top & bottom score or trim heads (3/4 HP - 6000 RPM), 4" blade diameter, both heads are adjustable;

Station #2 - Shaping vertical spindle, tiltable 0° to 55°, 5 HP - 5,000 RPM. 

Station #3 - Shaping vertical spindle, tiltable 0 ° to 55°, 5 HP - 5,000 RPM.

Station #4 - Disc/rotary sanding head, 1.5 HP - 1,500 RPM, tiltable -5° to +55°.

Station #5 - Disc/rotary sanding head, 1.5 HP - 1,500 RPM, tiltable -5° to +55°, Station #6 - (4) foiling applicator heads mounted in groups of (2) each, tiltable -15° to +55° units. 

All applicator wheels are heated with individual controls, carrier film rewind with automatic tension control, variable feed speed with 7.5 HP motor, 10 to 70 FPM, driven upper hold down.
